Home Vantage uses automated systems, including large language models when an API key is configured, and a deterministic public-data engine when it is not. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

The assistant will not:

• Tell you a neighborhood is “good” or “bad” based on race, religion, national origin, disability, familial status, sex, or similar protected traits.
• Guarantee an offer will be accepted or a house will appraise.
• Draft a binding contract without a licensed professional’s review.
• Store uploaded disclosure text as legal advice.

If an output conflicts with a licensed professional, a written contract, or a statute, the human and the law win.
